Shipping policy

We are a small-batch workshop, not a warehouse. Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. We ship regularly throughout the week as our production schedule allows. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is packed.

We ship exclusively via USPS. We’ve researched the rates, and for the size and weight of our soap, the United States Postal Service offers the best value for your money. Look, unless you are buying 20 lbs of soap at once (which, honestly, we'd respect), USPS is the most efficient way to get our bars to your door.

No Luxury. Just Soap. We don't do fancy ribbons, unnecessary tissue paper, or "unboxing" fluff. We prioritize paper-based and recyclable materials to keep our footprint small and the focus on the product. We’d rather put that value into the ingredients in your bar.

Once a package is in the hands of the United States Postal Service, we have the same information you do. If your tracking says "Delivered" but the soap is missing, please check the surrounding area, contact your local post office, or talk to your neighbors.
