Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final. Due to the handcrafted nature and personal hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We don’t restock bars that have left our workshop, once it’s yours, it’s yours.
While we take our chemistry process of making soap seriously, the final look of a small-batch bar can vary. Differences in color or minor surface textures are a result of the traditional cold-process method. These are not "defects"; they are the mark of a real product made by a real human. We do not offer refunds for these aesthetic variations or personal scent preferences.
If we made a mistake and sent the wrong "Oddity," we want to fix it.

Contact: Email orders@oregonoddities.com within 48 hours of delivery. Once we verify the error, we will prioritize getting the correct soap to you.
If you realize you made a mistake during your order, email us immediately. Once we’ve generated a shipping label to your order, it can no longer be canceled.
